Internship in Counseling

Course Description

In this course, students complete part of their required 600 internship hours. The course is designed to provide students with hands-on, real-world experience in counseling and advocacy settings while applying the advanced theoretical knowledge and practical skills acquired throughout their doctoral coursework. As aspiring leaders in the field of counseling, students will engage in supervised internship experiences that promote personal and professional growth and ethical competency.
